My second race of the 2017 season, the Hashawha Hills 50k in Westminster, MD. I couldn’t have asked for better weather or trail conditions for a February ultra. Even better yet, I got to see some of my mid-Atlantic friends that I have met over the years as well as make some new friends!
My first race of the 2017 season, the Sean O’Brien 50k, was spectacular. I loved adventuring through a new area, the Santa Monica Mountains. This race is worth a try!
My second race of the 2016 season. This was my first time running this course, and let me tell you…I had a blast! I really enjoyed the long climbs, sustained downhills and the many, many miles of singletrack. I will be back again!
